HISTORICAL REVEW
(RAI) is founded in 2009 upon a foundation certi cate numbered (M, SH 02/69270) and issued on February,
2009 10 by Iraqi Ministry of Trade with a capital of Five Billion (5,000,000,000) Iraqi Dinar, which equalize more
than four Million (4,000,000) US Dollar. RAI is classi ed as a First Degree for construction contracts and a Fifth
Degree for mechanical and electrical contracts.
RAI have branches in Baghdad, Najaf, and Karbala. RAI Chief Executive O cer (CEO) is Mr. Diya Abdulla
Guayaba, a young experienced businessman with extensive ambitious to put RAI on the right track of good
